What is the delivery time from your Vietnam factory?

Delivery time depends on order volume. Standard orders can be ready in 7-10 days. For larger volumes, please contact our sales team to arrange the quickest delivery.

What is your production capacity?

Our Vietnam factory produces up to 120 containers per month.

Are there any tariffs or duties on your products for Australia?

No, our products qualify for duty-free entry as we provide a Vietnam Certificate of Origin (CO).

Can you customize racking systems based on our requirements?

Yes, we offer customized racking solutions based on your specifications, including size, load capacity, and design preferences.

What international trading terms do you offer?

We provide EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. Other terms can be arranged upon request.

Do you have product certifications for Australia?

Yes, we have the AS-4084 certification for Australia, meeting local market requirements.

What are your payment terms?

Standard payment terms are 30% T/T in advance as deposit and 70% T/T against the copy of B/L. For special requirements, please contact our sales team.

How are your products packaged?

Our export packaging includes corrugated paper, carton boxes, crossties, pallets, angle steel, plastic film, steel ties, and air bags. We have extensive experience in export packaging to ensure product safety.
